Transformation is a core element of the HP strategy and requires considerable engagement with all levels of the organization to drive multiple complex, cross-organizational projects in parallel. This role is for a Master Level Change Management Lead that will be accountable for managing the progress of Change Management from planning and business case creation to delivery of benefits and will be accountable for supporting or leading a portfolio of complex, cross-organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Change Management leadership for the critical transformation efforts in business units and functions
  • Partner closely with HP's global change leaders to build and deliver change strategies, programs, and tactics to accelerate, deliver and sustain desired business outcomes
  • Coach business leaders, stakeholders, or project leaders on various aspects of leading and managing through change
  • Provide guidance on approaches or solutions to resolving roadblocks and potential areas of resistance
  • Collaborate with members of the Transformation Management Office to support the development, reviews, and implementation of the Change plans
  • Be an ambassador for strengthening HP’s Change Management practices and culture
  • Consult with the TMO Change Leadership and Change community leader to increase Change skills and culture across HP
  • Participate in the Change community program, sharing your insights and experiences in Change management to help other Change practitioners or recommending resources available
  • Be a visible and vocal speaker within the Change community
  • Recognized as a Change Management subject matter expert and skills coach
  • Partner closely with the TMO Project Management Team
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive levels of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Subject matter expert in change capabilities
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining Change Management plans across multiple functions to deliver sustained outcomes specified in the original business case
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working partnerships with your stakeholders and influence across many different levels within the business
  • Experience leading and/or supporting organizational change and transformation for large scale global projects
  • Ability to engage and influence people at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Effective communicator across multiple levels of employees and leaders
  • Project planning development from discovery through deployment
  • First Level University degree with advanced University degree preferred
  • Prosci Change Practitioner certified or willingness to attain certification
  • 5+ years in Change Management role or in similar roles/businesses
